Braden Ainsworth is the program manager for the Tobacco Prevention and Control Program at the Utah Department of Health and has worked on tobacco and vaping-related issues for the past 8 years. During that time he has worked as the state coordinator for the Utah FDA Tobacco Retail Inspection program, the state lead working with the CDC Office on Smoking and Health, and as a liaison working with local health departments on local tobacco control issues. Braden graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Dixie State University and a Masters of Public Health degree from Des Moines University. Braden has served as a member of the March of Dimes Mission Committee, the Utah Asthma Taskforce, the Utah Tobacco-Free Alliance and on the executive board for the Utah Public Health Association. Braden currently serves as a member of the Utah Prevention Coalition Association. Favorite hobbies include mountain biking, guitar playing, astronomy and traveling with his family.
