This is a restorative yoga practice. You’ll be in each pose for between 4 – 5 minutes, and you’ll need a yoga bolster (This is the brand I’m using: but if you don’t have a bolster you can use a couch cushion or body pillow! Try to melt and relax into each position – you want it to feel basically effortless. This style of yoga practice is excellent for de-stressing, calming the nervous system, and helping to open the fascia. Hope you enjoy!
